Here you have the opportunity to have one to one training sessions with Samantha Weir. This allows an individual program to be designed and meet your wants and needs.
Training takes place at Sandpit Lodge, over looking the River Tay- we always train outside unless the weather is extreme and we have sheltered areas.
Training will take the form of kettlebells and bodyweights – the most natural way to train. Training is recommended twice a week, whether that be solely personal training or combining it with a class.
Should you wish to have company on your training sessions then you and a friend can team up (max 4 persons)
